Early Stage E-Commerce
NYC based early stage E-Commerce company had just received their first round of funding and were looking to partner with a recruiter that had the knowledge and ability to hire across a number of sectors including Engineering. As there were many stages in the interview process it was imperative for the client to minimize the number of candidates that they saw as to not impact the hiring manager’s time. Over a four month period we hired two VP’s, four Director’s and three associates. For each of the positions three to four candidates were shortlisted for interview.
